At The Garden Gates, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden purchases. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and documentation are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our returns warehouse, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
